I looked at a beautifully lightly marbled steak, used minimum seasoning, BBQ on charcoal grill and yup, really superb taste, texture. I'm in, I have been raising my own beef for years and have a good finishing program for my grass fed beef, but this was excellent! And all natural, which is exactly why I've raised my own.
